It’s Like Free Money
If your government facility meets our criteria, Green Warrior will install an On-site Energy System (OES) on your building, parking lot or open land. Because Green Warrior assumes all costs for the OES, including design, installation, operation and maintenance, government customers pay only for the energy produced—not the state-of-the-art solar utility (OES) that produces the electricity.
On-Site Energy System customers buy the electricity produced by the system through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The PPA is a detailed contract that obliges Green Warrior to operate and maintain the OES at no cost to the customer. It also specifies that Green Warrior will sell the electricity produced by the OES at an initial discount of 20% off the customer’s annualized electricity bill. Savings increase over time, since utility rate hikes far outpace the PPA’s rate scheme. In fact, OES customers could pay up to 40% less than their neighbors within ten years.

SolarAssist™ and PowerWarrior™: Making Solar Power Better Power
And it gets better. The power produced by the OES is optimized with Green Warrior’s proprietary SolarAssist device, based on PowerWarrior technology. SolarAssist provides harmonic filtering and power factor correction for the direct current produced by the OES as it is converted to usable alternating current (wall power). This optimizes the power produced by the system and makes the equipment, appliances, HVAC systems and other electric motors in your facility run cooler and more efficiently, saving you even more on your power bill.
PowerWarrior is the standalone device that works like SolarAssist except that it can be installed in several key points within your facility’s electrical circuit. It can also be used in buildings that do not qualify for an OES. The most common application is to install PowerWarrior at the main circuit panel. Individual PowerWarriors can be installed right at the point of peak current draw, such as before an air conditioning compressor, large fan or freezer. Savings in some instances could add up to as much as 25% with PowerWarrior devices installed.
