Not only can owners and managers command a premium for solar-powered apartments, they actually cost less to operate with a Green Warrior OES.
If your facilities qualify for an OES, you will pay absolutely nothing for the solar system installed on your site. Green Warrior assumes all expenses for designing, installing, operating and maintaining the OES. The host facility simply agrees to purchase the energy produced by the system. This contract is called a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). Green Warrior PPAs specify that customers will pay 20% less than the average annualized cost of utility-provided electricity. Guaranteed.

But at Green Warrior, we have devised proprietary racking systems that enable us to place OESs on parking structures, outbuildings, empty land and even create solar-powered covered parking. First, by offering premium parking areas out of uncovered lots that provide sun and weather protection as well as charging stations for electric vehicles. And second, by turning unproductive parking areas into electricity-producing onsite utilities.
